Online Bookings

The online booking system lets you set up events that are free such as Lodge of Instruction or Chapter of Improvement meetings as well as chargeable events such as diiners or social events. You decide how people pay – online by card, by BACS or on the day.

Calendar

The Calendar is driven by the events and can be automatically added to popular calendar applications such as Outlook or Googe Calendar.

Member Directory

The Member Directory allows other members to securely view member profiles. Member profiles can be self-managed so if contact details, for example, change, the member can update their own details so contact information is always up to date.

News

A blogging system allows you to create news articles and put them online. We can set up automatic Social media posting so that whenever you publish a news item on your website, it is automatically posted onto your Facebook and Twitter pages.

Member Email

Our member email system uses the email addresses on member profile (so they are always up to date) and can send out emails to all members or different groups for example; Craft members or Royal Arch members.
